At Silk and Charm, all purchases are final sale. We strive to ensure the highest quality in every product, but if you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us at sales@silkandcharm.com.

There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds offered on any merchandise. Additionally, we do not accept special orders or offer custom sizing.


Shipping Policy

We currently ship exclusively within the United States using FedEx. All orders are processed and shipped from our Houston, TX location. Orders over $600 qualify for free standard shipping. For all other orders, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Cost: Free for orders over $600. Standard rates apply for orders under $600.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.

Delivery Time: Shipping times vary based on your location. A tracking number will be provided via email upon shipment.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@silkandcharm.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.


Returns and Refunds

Since all purchases are final sale, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. If a refund is approved under special circumstances (damaged items only), the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Monogram Policy for Silk & Charm

At Silk & Charm, we aim to provide our customers with a touch of elegance and personalization. For orders totaling $1,000 or more, we offer a free monogram on one coat or jacket in your cart. Customers can choose their full name or initials in a color of their choice. The estimated value of this complimentary monogram is $100.

Typical Placement Options

  1. Women’s Coats and Jackets
    • Primary Placement: On the interior right lining, centered for a clean and classic look.
    • Positioning: The monogram is typically placed in the middle section of the jacket, ensuring it’s visible when the coat is opened but discreetly elegant.
  2. Men’s Coats and Jackets
    • Primary Placement Options:
      • Interior Lining: Centered on the lining for a traditional monogram placement.
      • Interior Pocket: Either on the lining above the pocket or directly inside the pocket for a subtle personalization.
      • Interior Part of the Pocket: A hidden but meaningful detail for the wearer.
    • This will be evaluated on a piece-by-piece basis.

Options for Monogram Application

Option 1: Direct Embroidery on the Lining
  • Applicability:
    • Suitable for jackets or coats with sturdy interior linings.
    • Works for all types of lining materials that can hold the embroidery securely.
    • This is the option done for 90% of items in the store.
  • Customization:
    • Full name or initials in a color of your choice.
    • High-quality embroidery ensures durability and elegance.
Option 2: Embroidered Label Attachment
  • Applicability:
    • Used for jackets with delicate linings, such as silk or satin, where embroidery hoops may damage the material.
    • The label is custom-matched to the jacket material and sewn into the interior.
  • Customization:
    • Same options as direct embroidery, ensuring a cohesive and luxurious finish.
  • Placement:
    • Women’s pieces: Sewn to the interior right lining.
    • Men’s pieces: Sewn on the lining, near the pocket, or inside the pocket.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Monograms are available for one jacket or coat per order with a cart value of $1,000 or more.
  2. Placement options depend on the jacket’s design and lining material.
  3. Customers can choose their monogram text (initials or full name) and embroidery color from our curated selection.
  4. Once completed, monograms are non-removable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  5. Delivery timelines may extend slightly (typically 1 day) to accommodate the monogramming process.
